Charlotte Zihlmann

Admitted to the Bar in 2020, Charlotte Zihlmann is active in all areas of litigation (criminal, civil and administrative), with a particular focus on criminal law.
Charlotte Zihlmann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Swiss law, a Master’s degree in international and European law and a certificate of specialisation in legal practice from the Faculty of Law at the University of Geneva. She has successively held the positions of lawyer specialising in the follow-up of victims of human trafficking at the Protestant Social Centre and of assessor judge at the Lease and Rental Tribunal of the Canton of Geneva. She was also a teaching and research assistant in the Department of Public Law at the University of Geneva, and was admitted to the Bar in October 2020, after completing legal internships at the Criminal court of first instance and at Keppeler Avocats. Charlotte Zihlmann then worked as a law clerk at the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
After three years with CDLR Avocats, she joined LBR Legal as an associate to continue working alongside Karim Raho in the various areas of contentious litigation. Her work mainly involves advising and representing clients in criminal, civil and administrative courts.
