Criminal law
LBR Legal represents, advises, and assists individuals and legal entities at the cantonal level in front of various criminal authorities in Swiss Romandie (Judicial Police, Gendarmerie, Public Prosecutor, First Instance Courts, Appeals and Recourse Authorities), at the federal level in front of the Confederation’s criminal authorities (Federal Police, Federal Public Prosecutor, Federal Criminal Court), and, as a last resort, in front of the Federal Supreme Court.
LBR Legal’s criminal law department is headed by Me Karim Raho, who, after fifteen years of dedicated practice, has developed considerable expertise in defending, assisting and representing clients in criminal matters.
LBR Legal’s lawyers regularly handle complex cases related to economic crime (fraud, breach of trust, unfair management, forgery, national and international corruption, money laundering, etc.), where they represent, assist, and defend individuals and corporate entities.
They have also developed a strong practice in general criminal law (offenses against life, physical and sexual integrity; robbery with violence, coercion, blackmail, extortion, traffic offenses, etc.), both in defence and in support of plaintiffs (assistance to victims of offences LAVI), as well as in juvenile criminal law.
