Born in 1998, Gina Ordoñez Elvir has been a qualified attorney since 2025. She practices as an associate attorney, advising and representing both private individuals and businesses, with a pragmatic and solution oriented approach.

Gina Ordoñez Elvir completed her legal traineeship at the Administrative Court of First Instance, before joining the law firm of de Weck Zoells & Associés and subsequently another law firm in Geneva.

Her practice focuses primarily on advising and representing clients in family law matters, including:

• separation and divorce
• marriage and cohabitation
• parentage
• maintenance contributions
• custody and visitation rights 

She also handles cases relating to adult and child protection law.

Committed to finding negotiated and pragmatic solutions whenever possible, she
nonetheless ensures a rigorous and effective defense of her clients’ interests before civil courts in contentious proceedings.

In addition, she has gained experience in commercial law, debt enforcement and
bankruptcy law, as well as employment law.
