Experience

Born in 1998, Gina Ordoñez Elvir has been a qualified attorney since 2025. She practices as an associate attorney, advising and representing both private individuals and businesses, with a pragmatic and solution oriented approach.

Gina Ordoñez Elvir completed her legal traineeship at the Administrative Court of First Instance, before joining the law firm of de Weck Zoells & Associés and subsequently another law firm in Geneva.

Her practice focuses primarily on advising and representing clients in family law matters, including:

  • separation and divorce
  • marriage and cohabitation
  • parentage
  • maintenance contributions
  • custody and visitation rights 


She also handles cases relating to adult and child protection law.

Committed to finding negotiated and pragmatic solutions whenever possible, she
